This website is operated by The Common Majority. You can contact us about privacy at info@thecommonmajority.org.

You can read this website without giving us any personal information. If you choose to request email updates, we collect:

• Your email address (required).
• Your first name, if you choose to provide it.
• A record of your consent: when you submitted the form, when you confirmed, which version of the consent text you agreed to, and which form you used.

We do not ask for party affiliation, voting history, home address, birth date, identity documents, political opinions, or payment information.

We use your information only to send and manage occasional updates about The Common Majority's development. Signing up does not make you a member or indicate agreement with any proposal.

We will not sell your email address, and we do not publish a list or count of people who sign up.

Access to subscriber records is limited to the founder and anyone the founder authorizes to manage these updates. Cloudflare runs a global network, so your information may be processed outside the United States.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of its own. Cloudflare may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not send email addresses or form contents to analytics services.

Every update includes an unsubscribe link. To request deletion of your information, write to info@thecommonmajority.org.

After you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, we may keep a minimal record of your email address only to make sure we do not email you again.

We keep your information for as long as you are subscribed. If you sign up but never confirm, your confirmation link expires after 72 hours and your sign-up is deleted automatically after 30 days.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its revision date.
